Ahead of a public hearing in April, the City announced late last week that the Public Housing Agency 2024 Annual Plan (2024 Annual Plan) for the City of Pasadena is now available for review.
The Annual Plan, along with the Five-Year Plan, make up the PHA Plan.
The Annual Plan is submitted each year as part of the Five-Year Plan. The Annual Plan describes the housing department’s policies, procedures, and goals for the upcoming fiscal year.
The current Five Year Plan covers the period of 2020-2025 and was adopted by the City Council on October 5, 2020.
The plan is available for public review at the Housing Department: 649 N. Fair Oaks Ave., Suite 202, Monday and Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday between 12:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.
The plan is also available to review online at the City of Pasadena Housing Department’s official website, at https://cityofpasadena.net/housing/ The 2024 Annual Plan will be considered by the City Council in a public hearing on April 15.
If adopted, the plan will be submitted to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, shortly thereafter.
During the meeting, which will be held at 5:30 p.m. on April 15 in City Council Chambers, and prior to the close of the public hearing, members of the public will have an opportunity to present public comment.
