Pasadena Unified School Board Election Candidate Filing Period Opened Monday

Official notice has been given for the Pasadena Unified School District’s General  Election to be held on November 8, 2022.

Nomination papers for candidates seeking local School Board offices will be available through Aug. 12 in the Office of the City Clerk, 100 North Garfield Avenue, Room S228, Pasadena.

Candidates may receive and circulate nomination petitions to gather signatures of registered voters in order to place their names on the Nov. 8, 2022 ballot for Members of the Board of Education for Geographic Sub-Districts 1, 3, 5, and 7, each for a full four-year term.

The official nomination period opened on Monday, July 18 and closes at 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 12, 2022 for PUSD Board of Education elections.

The City Clerk’s Office will be issuing nomination papers during that period to qualified candidates.

The next Candidate Workshop will be conducted by the City Clerk at Pasadena City Hall, 100 North Garfield Avenue, Pasadena on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 4:30 p.m.

Wednesday’s workshop to be held in the City Hall Rose Conference Room, Room S228.
