The announcement was made today by Tena Clark, CEO and Chief Creative Officer of DMI Music & Media.

In his new role, Malinoff will lead DMI’s new digital business Engine 1 Music. The Engine 1 Music platform creates customer loyalty through the emotional power of music with two new innovative digital products, music-integrated email and private label digital radio for brands. “With digital initiatives being such a driving force for consumer engagement, we are developing new and exciting digital solutions for brands to reach these consumers through music,” says Tena Clark. “Randy’s experience perfectly complements this mission and we are thrilled to have him leading the team as we launch Engine 1 Music.”

Malinoff is a veteran of the music and entertainment industry, with in-depth experience spanning digital marketing, technology, business development, strategic planning, operations and analytics.
