Rounds in the Eyes of a Customer

Rounds Premium Burgers is a new burger restaurant in Pasadena where you can build your own burger, or choose among the ready-made premium burgers on the menu.

Located just north of Colorado Blvd. at 46 N. Lake Ave., the simple idea behind Rounds (great taste and value at lower prices) shows much promise, but what do customers have to say about it?

We asked Leila Romero. The first time she tasted Rounds, Romero couldn’t stop craving it.

“Once we tried it, we really liked it and we had the craving for it two days later and we all went back to the Pasadena location,” Romero said.

When asked what it was that made her come back for more, Romero told us, “I don’t know. I think it was everything about it. It’s kind of like a gourmet burger – but like a gourmet burger on a budget.”

Romero added that she had the Executive, which features blue cheese and grilled onions.

“Everything about it was good,” said Romero, “sometimes there’s things that I like from a burger but then I don’t like something else about it. I like everything about this one. Like the cheese, this one, it had melted, so it was all over the burger.”

Romero added that “the bun was good too. And there was meat up to the very last bite, so I like everything about it.”

From the bun, to the cheese, to the meat, to the price, everything is good about Rounds burgers. It looks like this “burger joint with a twist” has hit a home run and is showing no signs of returning to the dugout.
