Special Olympics Young Athletes Pasadena to Show off Skills at World Games

Children from the Special Olympics Young Athletes™ Pasadena program at Professional Child Development Associates (PCDA) along with their siblings, friends and other children from the community, will demonstrate their skills at the Special Olympics World Games Los Angeles. The Young Athletes program is a free, year-round sports play program for children two to seven years old with cognitive and developmental challenges. The focus of the program is on fun activities and games that are important to mental and physical growth. These children will have the unique opportunity to be part of the World Games festivities along with their families.

PCDA is a nonprofit organization that offers a range of therapeutic services to children and young adults, birth to 21 years of age, with autism or other developmental challenges.

The Special Olympics Young Athletes™ Pasadena from PCDA and Special Olympics World Games Los Angeles will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2015, 9:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. at the Special Olympics World Games Los Angeles in University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
