A deep marine layer will keep clouds over much of Southern California today with temperatures again several degrees below normal. There may be some light rain this morning in the foothills, forecasters say, but an offshore flow will bring clear skies and much warmer weather to the area Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning.
Tuesday is forecast to reach 77 and Wednesday could top out at 80, both under clear skies.
Cooling is expected for the end of the week. An upper level low could bring some light rain to the area Friday into early Saturday.
