Sunny Week to End with a Rain Chaser

High pressure is rebuilding in the forecast area Tuesday after the passage of a trough Monday afternoon, starting a warming trend in Pasadena through midweek. Later in the week, cooler temperatures and a chance of rain are expected as the ridge is replaced by a trough.

Tuesday will be sunny with a high near 78. A calm wind from the east southeast becomes southwest in the afternoon.

Tuesday night will be mostly clear with a low around 54 and a calm wind becoming east northeast after midnight.

Wednesday will be sunny and is expected to be the warmest day of the week, with a high near 83 and a calm wind at five mph becoming east southeast in the afternoon.

Wednesday night will be mostly clear, with a low around 55.

Thursday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 77, and Thursday night will be mostly cloudy as a trough comes in replacing the high pressure ridge. Lows will be around 54.

Friday could show a slight chance of rain, otherwise the day will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 74.

Friday night will have a chance of rain and will be mostly cloudy, with a low around 54.

Saturday – A chance of showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 66.

Saturday Night – A slight chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 49.

Sunday – Mostly sunny, with a high near 68.
