After you watch the Langham Huntington Pasadena’s Terrace restaurant Chef de Cuisine Erik present his first culinary showcase highlighting his signature “farm to table” touch for festive guests in this exclusive video presentation you won’t want to miss his next culinary affair.

The dinner showcased artisanal cheeses from Cypress Grove Chevre, based in Humboldt County, California.  Terrace Chef de Cuisine Erik Schuster and Cypress Grove Chevre Founder and Master Cheese Maker Mary Keehn presented each course of the five-course tasting menu and explain the characteristics a of each dish and the accompanying wine and beer pairing.
