Updated List of Closed Facilities and Cancelled Events

Officials throughout the city of Pasadena have closed facilities and canceled events today as the result of the vicious windstorm which whipped through the city Wednesday night.

Here is a partial list of closures and cancellations:
Pasadena Unified School District schools ans well as all PUSD afterschool activities and sports events are cancelled.
Pasadena Public Libraries are closed.
Pasadena City College is closed.
Fuller Seminary is closed.
Maranatha and La Salle High Schools are closed.
The Pasadena Museum of History is closed.
The Pasadena Senior Center is closed.
Dial-A-Ride service will be operational for non-emergency medical appointments only. Pasadena ARTS buses are not in service and be restored to service by this afternoon.
City officials established a shelter for displaced families at Robinson Park Center, 1081 N. Fair Oaks Ave. Red Cross workers have been called in to assist as well.
The Zero Waste Strategic Plan workshops and the World AIDS Day have been canceled.
