Vacancy on South Pasadena Senior Citizen Commission

An unanticipated vacancy has occurred on the South Pasadena Senior Citizen Commission, a five-member Commission, that acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council in all matters pertaining to senior citizens. Among its many duties are to cooperate with other governmental agencies and civic groups in the advancement of senior citizen planning and programming and to formulate and
propose policies on senior citizen services.

The group meets monthly on the second Wednesday of the month at 8:30 a.m., at the Senior Center, located at 1102 Oxley Street South Pasadena. For more information or for an application, contact the City Clerk’s Office at (626) 403-7230. Members are nominated by the Mayor with approval of the City Council.
