18 Flintridge Prep Students from its Speech & Debate Team Qualifies for the National Tournament

This year, a record 18 Flintridge Prep students from the Speech & Debate team qualified for the national tournament! Among over 1,200 schools in attendance, Flintridge Prep placed in the top ten for the first time in the school’s history earning them a “Team of Outstanding Distinction” award. Furthermore, Brandon Cheng ’25 was Prep’s first national champion, taking first place in the Extemporaneous Commentary category.
