Maranatha Performs The Curious Savage
The Curious Savage, by John Patrick will grace the stage of the world famous Ambassador Auditorium this month. Eleven performing arts students from Maranatha High School will perform the play for three consecutive nights. In this play, Mrs. Savage has had all she can take from her browbeating children. Unfortunately, they feel the same about her obsession with giving their family fortune away to people who need it and decide to lock her up in a mental institute. And so the insanely funny comedy, The Curious Savage, begins!
Maranatha’s production opens November 20 and runs through November 22 with evening performances starting at 7:00 p.m. and one matinee show at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 22. Tickets can be purchased at the door or online at https://www.maranatha-hs.org/boxoffice. This show is just part of Maranatha High School’s anniversary celebration, marking fifty years of transforming lives through Christ-revering, college preparatory education. The campus is located at 169 S. Saint John Ave. in Pasadena.
