Lots of excitement on campus this week with Bethany Christian School’s All School Spelling Bee! Do you remember your first spelling bee? Always one of the most exciting events of the year in Bethany, students took their places in front of their teachers and judges to do their best to correctly spell the words given to them. A Spelling Bee is an important academic tradition and one that challenges children to perform at their best. In addition to motivating children to achieve academically, it improves language skills and also develops valuable life skills such as confidence, discipline, critical thinking, and resilience.
