Chandler Alumni Reconnects and Paves the Way for Next Generation

Over the past two weeks, the campus has been buzzing with the vibrant energy of Chandler alumni! A big thank you to the alumni speakers who shared their wisdom, talents and insights with K-8 students during Alumni Visiting Week, and to alumni, parents of alumni, and faculty who returned to reconnect and reminisce at Chandler School at the annual Reunion celebration! Vikki Ashford Mele ’72 CHS ’76, MSEd, ET/P visited Kindergarten. She is the Founding Learning Specialist for Pasadena Christian School’s Emerging Needs Program.

Seb Bazikian ’10 is the Co-Founder of the One Bicycle Foundation, providing bicycles to children worldwide so they can have easier, safer, and faster access to school.

Isamu McGregor ’03, Los Angeles-based Pianist/Keyboardist, shared his path to creating a fulfilling and engaging career in music, highlighting the importance of empathy and supportiveness towards others to our 5th Grade.

Monique Chan ‘05 is a Michelin-starred pastry chef. She shared her passion for the arts and her journey to becoming a pastry chef and founder of Chez Momo to our 4th Grade.

Hayden Wheatley ’04 is the Founder and CEO of Challenger Care for Men. Hayden shared insights into life as an entrepreneur, sharing its challenges, successes and inspiring lessons learned along the way to Chandler’s Middle School students.

Jenny Seto ‘01 is the Philanthropy Officer at Villa Esperanza Services. Sharing her love for serving others, Jenny discussed her journey after Chandler, the importance of community service and how Chandler’s annual Big Service Day for Villa Esperanza made a meaningful impact to 1st Grade.

Adam Stout ‘02 is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with a passion for adventure and the wilderness. Adam spoke with our Middle School students about the importance of discovering their passions to attain balance in both their careers and lives.

After more than 20 years, Adam Stout’02 successfully rode a unicycle once again!
