Clairbourn School: How Brain Breaks Improve Concentration

BE A PART OF IT! Clairbourn School’s French students took a brain break in class, designed to refresh their study focus. The teacher asked them to take 60 seconds and act out their favorite cold or hot weather activity. Inspired by the holidays, they decided to act out building a snowman, lying in the snow, and being pine trees. Brain breaks help improve concentration, discover alternative solutions, and relieve stress. Remember to take a break out of your day to refresh your thinking.
