Evening of Excellence Honors Thurgood Marshall Students

Thurgood Marshall Secondary School hosted its Evening of Excellence on Thursday night, welcoming students from grades 6 through 12 along with their families for a meaningful celebration of academic achievement. The event recognized students who earned a GPA of 3.5 or higher on the Principal’s Honor Roll, as well as those with GPAs between 3.0 and 3.49 who achieved Honor Roll status. Students with Perfect Attendance and recipients of the Eagle Value Awards were also acknowledged for their dedication and exemplary conduct. Nearly 1,000 certificates were prepared in advance, reflecting the school community’s strong commitment to celebrating student success. Attendees received their certificates during the ceremony, along with a Marshall logo car sticker and a gift certificate to In-N-Out, Islands, or a Kona Ice treat. The evening served as a proud reminder of the hard work, perseverance, and support that help Marshall students continue to excel.
