Faith in Action: Ramona Service Day
At Ramona Convent, service is not just something students do – it is a reflection of who they are. Rooted in the school’s mission, students are called to lead with compassion, stand in solidarity, and serve those most in need.
The entire student body stepped out into the community for Service Day, putting faith into action across Los Angeles:
• 9th Grade – Served on campus through meaningful projects supporting organizations such as the Office of Restorative Justice Prison Ministry, L.A. General Medical Center, St. Camillus/Angel Interfaith Network, and H2O for Life, along with a special guest speaker experience
• 10th & 12th Grades – Volunteered at the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, helping fight food insecurity and support families across the city
• 11th Grade – Partnered with Heal the Bay for a beach cleanup at Dockweiler Beach, caring for the environment and protecting the oceans.
Through each act of service, students live out the values of justice, empathy, and love, making a tangible difference in the lives of others.
This is the heart of a Ramona education. This is impact.
