Flintridge Prep Baseball Picks Up Big Win Against Bishop Mora Salesian High School

Flintridge Preparatory School bounced back in a big way this week, cruising to a 7–1 win over Bishop Mora Salesian High School on Wednesday. The Wolves were in control from the start, securing their second straight victory against the Mustangs.

Leading the charge was Nicholas Aparicio, who went 2-for-2 at the plate, scoring twice and notching two RBIs—his best single-game total since February. Ethan Park also delivered a strong showing, scoring two runs, stealing two bases, and finishing 1-for-1.

This win marks the Wolves’ third victory in their last four games, improving their season record to 4–12. Much of that momentum has come from a sharper offense, with the team averaging 6.5 runs per game over that stretch. Meanwhile, Salesian’s road struggles continue, as Wednesday’s loss marked their eighth consecutive defeat away from home, bringing them to 6–14 on the season.

Looking ahead, both teams face tough matchups. Flintridge Prep, currently ranked 844th in California by MaxPreps, will face off against 208th-ranked Glendora on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. Salesian, ranked 819th, is scheduled to take on Bishop Montgomery (373rd) on April 29 at 6:00 p.m.
