La Salle’s Speech and Debate at La Costa Canyon Winter Classic
La Salle College Preparatory is proud of the Speech & Debate team, who crushed it at the La Costa Canyon Winter Classic earlier this month!
Here are some of the highlights:
Joseph Nahas ‘24 and Gus Gladstein ‘23 qualified for the National Tournament in Public Forum Debate after reaching the Quarter-Final Round.
Janelle Huang ‘24 earned a national bid for the National Tournament in Lincoln-Douglas Debate and is one bid away from becoming a National Qualifier.
Jerry Huang ‘24 and Tanner Borowitz ‘26 advanced to Octo-Finals and received their first bid to the National Tournament. They are also one bid away from becoming National Qualifiers.
