LCUSD Hosted Family Learning Series: “What Matters for College and Career”

La Cañada Unified School District (LCUSD) recently hosted a Family Learning Series entitled “What Matters for College and Career”. The workshop was presented by Jennifer Lindholm, PH.D., Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Education & Director, Honors Programs; University of California, Los Angeles.

Using research that included perspectives of university students and faculty, and competitive employers, the workshop engaged families in considering approaches to learning, ways of being, and habits of doing, that can help children and youth thrive now and in their future college and career pursuits.
