Maranatha High School October’s Parent Forum: “What to Expect When We Return to Campus”

On October 22, Maranatha High School Principal Tim Fenderson and the Academic Team will host the 3rd monthly online forum for Maranatha High School parents.

This continuing series is a way for you, as parents, to connect and partner with the school to provide your student(s) with a transformative experience while at Maranatha.

Each month’s forum will begin with a review of recent school news and activities and highlight upcoming events. Next week, on Thursday, October 22, from 6:30-7:30 p.m., we will tackle the current issues related to “Returning To Campus,” such as:

• Safety measures in place
• Outside requirements to reopen (protocols) and what guidelines will be in place
• Update on how sports and arts have fared in the past 2 1/2 weeks
• What the classroom experience will be like, both in-person and at home
• Hybrid/hyflex model of instruction
• What campus will look like
• Schedule differences
• Public spaces/breaks and lunch

Attendees will be encouraged to submit their questions via Zoom’s chat feature. These questions will then be answered by Mr. Fenderson and the Academic Team at the end of the evening.

A few days prior to the event, look for an email that will include the Zoom login information.

Please join Maranatha High School for another great evening of insightful information.
