The Pasadena-based Catalina Island Camps summer camp program is built around our mission and the unique marine and land environments of Howlands Landing. We believe that the summer camp experience develops every child into a better person, a better student and eventually a better adult. Boys and girls entering 2nd through 11th grade participate in one to four week sessions. Our program is designed around a two week session and nearly two-thirds of our campers attend for two-weeks or longer.

Summer Program 2012 promises to be the best yet! Students will write an original song, play in Ensemble Workshops, record, see their instructors performing daily, and much more. As with all programs at the Academy, our small, friendly environment and personal attention combined with daily playing/singing gives the student the most focused style-specific musical training possible in one week. Two sessions: June 19-22: Instruction and Band Workshops, and June 23: Recording Studio and Student Concert.

Poly Summer Programs are open to all students in kindergarten through 12th grade from Pasadena and the surrounding communities. Session 1 runs from June 18 to July 6, Session 2 runs from July 9-27, and six-week courses run from June 18 to July 27. Areas of focus will include academics, theatre, arts, and athletics.
