On Monday, September 8, 2025, Pasadena High School hosted Blair High School in a non-conference varsity boys water polo match at 3:45 p.m. The Bulldogs took full advantage of playing at home, delivering a decisive performance and defeating the Vikings by a final score of 22–13.

From the start, Pasadena applied steady offensive pressure, averaging over 12 goals per quarter. Their consistency and pace made it difficult for Blair to keep up, and as the game progressed, the Bulldogs widened the gap with a combination of quick counterattacks and well-executed team plays. The result improved Pasadena’s season record to 8–6, while Blair, opening their season with this matchup, dropped to 0–1.

Fans and supporters celebrated the victory across social media. Pasadena High previewed the rivalry earlier in the day, reminding the community of the 3:45 PM start time. After the final whistle, the school’s Instagram proudly announced the Bulldogs’ win, praising the team’s exceptional effort from start to finish.

Though full box scores and individual player statistics were not released, the scoring consistency indicates Pasadena’s offensive depth and team synergy. The Bulldogs’ ability to maintain high output throughout the game proved decisive against a hardworking Blair squad.

Pasadena’s commanding 22–13 win serves as a strong statement midway through their season. With confidence and momentum on their side, the Bulldogs look poised to continue making waves in upcoming matchups, while Blair will regroup and build from this challenging but valuable early-season test.
