Paul Dols Inspires La Salle Lancers to Be the Missing Piece

Yesterday, La Salle College Prep welcomed special guest speaker Paul Dols, Climate & Culture Coordinator at Monrovia High School in Southern California. In his role, Dols serves as Activities Director, Renaissance Coordinator, and Link Crew Coordinator.

During his visit, Dols delivered an inspiring message to the Lancer community, using the metaphor of life’s puzzles to illustrate how individuals can be the missing piece that others need. Through stories of kindness, resilience, and purpose, he emphasized that while each person is shaping their own journey, they also have the opportunity to support others in completing theirs. Whether through small acts of kindness or the pursuit of ambitious dreams, he encouraged students to recognize their ability to create a more meaningful world.

La Salle College Prep extends its gratitude to Paul Dols for his time and for inspiring students to look beyond themselves, embrace compassion, and be the positive change their communities need.
