PEN and PTA Council to HOST Candidate Forum on September 22

Pasadena Education Network (PEN) joins with PTA Council of PUSD to host a forum on Tuesday, Sept. 22, to give voters the chance to hear from School Board candidates. Seats 2, 4, and 6 are on the ballot this Nov. 3. The forum will be hosted by PTA Council as a Zoom webinar, and moderated by a neutral party.

The purpose of the Candidate Forum is to give voters an opportunity to hear candidates discuss the issues of importance in this election. Candidates will have the opportunity to respond to pre-submitted questions, from the public, during this moderated event.

Written questions are being accepted via this Google Form Candidate Questions. Please submit your questions before September 18, 2020 to be considered.

Use this Eventbrite link to register; you must register in advance to receive the Zoom link, which will be sent via email by Sept. 21. Use this link to submit questions for the candidates. (Questions must be received by Sept. 18 to be considered.)

Once maximum Zoom capacity is reached, Live Stream via YouTube will be available at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNLJnLE4Tf_PeHlTqmmoY0g.
