PUSD All-Star Band Members Take the National Stage

Pasadena Unified School District students Brianna Miguel (Muir, 2026), Eileen Oliva (Muir, 2026), Joshua Martinez (Muir, 2027), and Anthony Varikian (Marshall, 2026) represented PUSD as members of Gold Drum and Bugle Corps at the Drum Corps International World Championships in Indianapolis, Indiana. The corps advanced to the semifinals, capping an intense and meaningful summer of music, discipline, and teamwork. The students were proudly supported by family members, coaches, and PUSD All-Star Band Director Karen Klages, who celebrated their accomplishments and dedication. “We are PUSDproud!”
