PUSD Think Tank with Marshall Rising Seniors Presented to Interim Superintendent Dr. Elizabeth Blanco

The Pasadena Unified School District Think Tank students including Marshall Fundamental rising seniors Olivia Barrios and Maude Windsor and rising junior Sophia Chou presented to Interim Superintendent, Dr. Elizabeth Blanco and the Board of Education members on August 3rd.

“The Think Tank is a student-led initiative whose mission is to create and sustain a safe space for students to connect across campuses and provide multiple platforms through which they can share their stories and advocate for student representation in district decision-making structures.”

At the PUSD Board of Education meeting students presented the importance of their advocacy and proposed the importance of having a student voice or influence in decisions being made by the PUSD Board of Education.
