Rovers to the Unknown: St. Gregory A. & M. Hovsepian School 8th Graders Design for Distant Worlds

For their final studio of the year, St. Gregory A. & M. Hovsepian School 8th grade students imagined uncharted alien worlds—and built the rovers to explore them! From The LeRover and Lumora to The Venusian Rover and Skrover, these sci-fi machines were designed to adapt, navigate, and collect samples from the students’ own invented planets. With creativity, engineering, and storytelling combined, our students boldly went where no middle schooler has gone before!
