Sequoyah Seniors Pitch in to Help at Pfizer Vaccine Clinic at Western U in Pomona

This week Sequoyah seniors assisted with registration, eligibility checking, wayfinding and general support at the Pfizer Vaccine Clinic at WesternU in Pomona. The site, headed by Sequoyah parent and WesternU Chief Medical Officer Dr. Stephanie White, has been administering vaccine doses to upwards of 900 people a day since supplies became available. Student volunteers were able to receive a vaccine dose mid-shift, if they wanted.

Sequoyah School expresses its gratitude to Dr. White, for providing this remarkable opportunity to its students.
