Sierra Madre Elementary to Host TK & Kindergarten Playdate Before School Begins
Families of children entering Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten are invited to a special playdate on Saturday, August 15, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the upper field of Sierra Madre Elementary School, with entry through Hermosa Avenue.
The playdate will give incoming students and their families an opportunity to meet new friends, connect with other families, and build excitement for the upcoming school year in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Children can play and enjoy time together while parents get to know other TK and Kindergarten families.
No teachers will be present at the event. The Ice Princess ice cream truck will also be on-site, offering sweet treats available for purchase.
Families are encouraged to join the fun and kick off the new school year by making connections before classes begin.
