South Pasadena High School Hosts 75th Annual Pasadena Games Track Meet

On April 24, 2021, South Pasadena High School (SPHS) hosted the 75th Annual Pasadena Games Track Meet. The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (LACDPH) awarded SPHS one of the first permits in the county to host a multi-school track and field event.

A health inspector from LACDPH was on site and commended the policies and safety precautions of South Pasadena High School. More than 30 schools attended the meet, with 400 athletes participating in staggered events throughout the day. Under the leadership of Head Coach C.B. Richards, SPHS Track & Field took first place as a team at all levels.
