St. Francis’ Nathan Kim ’24 Breaks School Record in 50 Meters Freestyle

In 1984 David Kluth set the St. Francis High School (SFHS) record in the 50 Free with a time of 21.13. 37 years later Nathan Kim ’24 broke that record with a time of 21.00. He was especially motivated to break the record on Friday, April 8, as he narrowly missed breaking it when he went a 21.14 last weekend. That marks the 4th individual record Nathan has set this year and he would like to break the remaining 4 individual records before the season concludes later this month. Friday’s meet was at Crespi HS vs Chaminade HS. SFHS congratulates Nathan! “Welcome to the St. Francis record books!”
