La Cañada High School Spartans varsity boys’ water polo team earned an impressive victory on Thursday, defeating Monrovia High School Wildcats (Monrovia, CA) 15–10 in a spirited home conference matchup. From the opening whistle, the Spartans showcased strong teamwork, disciplined defense, and sharp offensive execution that kept them in control throughout the game. Several players contributed to the scoring surge, while the team’s goalkeeper delivered key saves that maintained momentum in La Cañada’s favor. The win reflects the team’s continued growth and determination as they advance through their league schedule, and it adds another exciting highlight to what has been an increasingly competitive season for the Spartans.
