The Gooden School Launches 50th Anniversary Gala Ticket Sales

The Gooden School is celebrating 50 years of nurturing curious minds, compassionate hearts, and a lifelong love of learning. To mark this milestone, the school has announced that tickets are now on sale for The Gooden School 50th Anniversary Gala.

Themed “A Knight to Remember,” the Gala will bring together past and present families, alumni, and faculty for an unforgettable evening of dinner, dancing, and both live and silent auctions. The event will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at NOOR in Pasadena’s Paseo Colorado. The Gala is chaired by alumni parent Nadilee Russell, in partnership with the Gooden Family Association, led by its president, Lissy Carbone. The Honorary Chair is Maggie Heflin Sabbag, a founding student when the Sierra Madre school opened in 1975 and a 1983 graduate.

Proceeds from the Gala will directly support every Gooden student and fund the rebuilding of the north side playground. Families, alumni, and local businesses can get involved by purchasing tickets, sponsoring the event, donating auction items, or sponsoring teacher tickets so faculty can join the celebration.

The evening will also honor Jo-Anne Woolner for over 30 years of dedicated service and welcome Laurie Tortell as the new Head of School.

Tickets and sponsorship opportunities are available now at gooden50.com.
