Pasadena’s A Noise Within theater presents Lewis Carroll’s classic “Alice in Wonderland,” written by Eva Le Gallienne and Florida Friebus and directed by USC School of Dramatic Arts Professor Stephanie Shroyer, opening at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 27.

Opening Night tickets include a special Zoom afterparty with the artists. A free virtual conversation with the cast is also scheduled at 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 8.

“Alice in Wonderland” takes audiences on Alice’s zany adventure to an upside-down magical dreamland where imagination defies reality and madness makes logic.

Weaving a whimsical poem of hilarious and colorful eccentrics, Carroll’s fractured fairy tale creates a prism through which you can again experience the mystery and effervescent wonder of growing up. Lights, sounds, costumes, and all of the gorgeous artistry that you know from A Noise Within’s productions will be fully fleshed out in a multi-camera, high-quality film of the stage production.

Tickets to stream “Alice in Wonderland” are $25 for individuals and $40 for a family.
