Join the Junior League of Pasadena (JLP) for their last virtual mindfulness program from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 17.

Called “Equanimity Thursday,” this is Session 6 of six one-hour Zoom sessions presented by Ann D’Angelo, a trained mindfulness coach with a thriving Pasadena-based practice, and the main author at www.bemindfulbreathe.com. The series started on Oct. 14.

This week, D’Angelo will be discussing equanimity, otherwise known as mental calmness, something we all could use right now. As with the earlier episodes, the program begins with an introduction to the focus topic, a guided practice, time for reflection, an optional breakout to share your experience, and take-home practice.

Home practice will be supported with a Mindfulness Tool Kit that’s available for pickup at JLP Headquarters, located at 149 S. Madison Ave. in Pasadena.

To register for the event, visit www.pasadena.jl.org/events/register-virtual-mindfulness-program-session-6.

Registration is $10, and $20 for the Mindfulness Tool Kit.
