Published on Dec 21, 2021

Altadena Farmers’ Market is now open to the public for in-person shopping, as well as through an online shopping platform.

This Wednesday, December 22, Altadena Farmers’ Market is open from 4 to 7 p.m.  at Loma Alta Park, at 600 W. Palm Street.

Online, the Farmers’ Market is found at www.afm-subscription.com, where you can browse through a wide variety of product categories – fresh fruit, vegetables, all kinds of meat, fish, milk and cheeses, as well as holiday meals and gift ideas for the season – and order for delivery, or pick your items up in person at the Farmers’ Market.

Ordering online is from Thursday through Saturday.

At Loma Alta, Altadena Farmers’ Market is a certified market with 25 booths selling fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as prepared and pre-packaged food that may be enjoyed onsite.

With a strong commitment to the community, the market has a strong focus on urban and suburban backyard farmers, small family farms and sellers based in Altadena. Some of the local sellers, as shown on the online ordering platform, include King and King Ranch, the Farmer Ken, Underwood Family Farms, Bub and Grandmas, Sow a Heart, Murray Family Farms, and Stepladder Creamery, among others.

Altadena Community Garden is the proud sponsor of the Altadena Farmers’ Market.
