Clarkliving, a Pasadena-based real estate team which prides itself in helping clients “build a world to which you want to belong,” is sponsoring an informal discussion about “Building Your Future: A Valentine’s Guide to Buying a Home” on Wednesday, February 12, at their Pasadena office, located at 680 E. Colorado Blvd, Suite 150.
The event, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., is intended to debunk some of the myths about buying a home and answer such questions as, “Is it better to buy with a listing agent?” or “Do you really need 20 percent down?”
There’s also a chance you could win a gift card to Houston’s for date night (or a Valentine’s outing or a solo treat,) gifts for all, and a quick financial literacy overview “which is very romantic,” Clark Living said.
