Circle of Friends Creates Magical Moments at Kidspace During Annual Family Picnic

In a vibrant celebration of community and giving back, Circle of Friends marked the start of its 2023-2024 year with the Annual Family Picnic at Kidspace Children’s Museum on Sunday, September 17. Families from Pasadena, Altadena, San Marino, La Canada Flintridge, and neighboring areas gathered for an unforgettable day filled with exploration, delicious cuisine, and support for Kidspace.

The sunny Sunday at Kidspace was nothing short of spectacular. As parents and children alike roamed through the museum’s captivating hands-on exhibits, laughter and wonder filled the air.

From interactive science displays to art installations that sparked creativity, Kidspace was a playground of inspiration for all ages.

But what’s a picnic without great food? The attendees were treated to the ever-popular In-N-Out Truck. Savory burgers and crispy fries were just the beginning of the culinary adventure.

Delectable desserts and a variety of beverages added sweetness and refreshment to the mix.

Circle of Friends, composed of approximately 100 dedicated women from the local community, is a philanthropic powerhouse with a heart for Kidspace Children’s Museum. Year after year, this extraordinary group of women commits themselves to raise funds and volunteer their time to support the museum’s mission of inspiring young minds through interactive learning experiences.
