Eaton Canyon Nature Center will be leading a guided Family Nature Walk from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 5.

This walk is specifically geared to families, including small children, and every family is welcome. Eaton Canyon Center staff recommend that you wear walking shoes and bring sunscreen, water and a hat.

The walk is free to the public. Participants will meet in front of the Eaton Canyon Nature Center building at 1750 N. Altadena Drive.

As of Tuesday, June 1, the reservations system will be removed, and the Midwick Drive and Pinecrest Drive access points will be reopened. The main gate, and only the main gate, will remain closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

This Family Nature Walk is co-sponsored by Eaton Canyon Nature Center Associates and the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation.
