Enjoy communing with friendly, gentle goats while engaging in a fun, light-hearted yoga session taught by certified instructor Tina Lenert on the rear lawn of The Gamble House. Connect with your “inner kid” while moving through yoga postures suitable for all levels; from first timers who ”just came for the goats” to experienced yogis looking to challenge their practice. Hello Critter’s Nigerian Dwarf kids are known for opening hearts, widening smiles, deepening stretches & strengthening cores while weaving throughout class, interacting with each participant. Attendees will be delighted by the antics of joyful goats nimbly jumping on, rebounding off, trotting under & crawling through the playground of participants. Bring your love for animals, love of architecture, camera and sense of humor! Goat yoga session time = 1 hour consisting of 15 minutes petting and pictures before and after class, 30 minute goat yoga class. Bring a yoga mat and / or full sized towel. For participants who prefer not to have their yoga mats “autographed” by goats, we rent used-sanitized yoga mats for $5 each, however, participants may just want to bring full size towels which work fine too.
