Participants will be using art and creative activities that improve sensory, social, fine motor and language/communication skills. Designed for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental challenges. Ages 5-15. Parent or guardian must remain with the child throughout the duration of the class. Materials Included: Assortment of safe materials. Instructor: Kat (short for Katherine) Woodhouse is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 25 years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. She is a former special education teacher, holds a teaching credential in art education, and has graduate level training in art therapy.
