Professor David Popalisky made a huge impact on Lineage's Artistic and Associate Directors, Hilary Thomas and Caterina Mercante, over 25 years ago as their teacher and advisor at Santa Clara University. In fact, back in 2000 when Caterina graduated, he suggested that the two work together as dancers. Since then, he's been an avid supporter of Lineage and helped to produce the company at SCU. Lineage Dance is thrilled to welcome David and dancers to the Lineage stage with an examination of aging through dance (something that Lineage knows a thing or two about!).
