Join the Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge (CCLCF) for a day of thrilling competition as teams go head-to-head in the ultimate cornhole showdown, aiming to claim the title of champions. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the game, there’s excitement and fun for all skill levels. Tantalize your taste buds with a variety of mouthwatering chili creations as the local community chefs battle it out for the title of Chili Cookoff Champion, then sample a selection of craft brews from a local brewery. Still hungry? Enjoy a delicious street taco lunch from Nana's Kitchen. Bring your friends and family for this fun event! Cornhole Tournament - $60 per team of 2 - Cornhole is a simple, social game where competitors throw bean bags (filled with corn) at board with holes in them, that anyone can play. Entry includes 2 Chili Cookoff Tasting Tickets. Prizes for the winners! Player check-in at 1:00 pm. Tournament starts at 1:45 pm. This is a bags provided event. Chili Cookoff - Entry Registration Fee - $20 per entry - Do you have what it takes to be crowned the Champion of Chili? Entrants should bring at least 2 gallons of chili, hot and ready to serve, warming equipment to keep it hot, and a serving spoon. Bring your own toppings for your chili (optional). Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Pop-up tent, table, chair and electricity provided. Tastings from 1 pm - 3 pm. Winners announced at 3:30 pm. Beer Tasting - $20 per ticket. Enjoy a flight of craft beers from Audio Graph microbrewery, located in downtown LA. Thanks to Audio Graph Beer Company for donating the beer! Chili Cookoff Tasting Ticket - $5 per ticket You'll get a wristband, bowl, spoon, water and a judging sheet. Sample all the chilis, vote for your favorite, then get a heapin' bowlful.
