Cats on Mats PURRlates is part of our core movement programs. 45 minutes of cat-inspired core workout with lots of feel good stretching and strengthening. Session led by Kathy of PilatesPasadena.org Ages 6+, Bring your own mat and towel. Please do not wear perfume, cologne or other strong fragrances while visiting. "Our cats and human volunteers are very sensitive and fragrances are both disruptive and debilitating".
