The newly organized Pasadena, Arts, Culture and History (PACH) Toastmasters Club is open to accepting new members, and if you’re interested, you can attend an online meeting at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 6, so you’ll learn what Toastmasters is all about.
The new club was formed early this year and had its first meeting on Jan. 23.
Sam Luk, a long-time member of Monterey Park Toastmasters and area director for 2019-2020, is the co-founder of the new Toastmasters club. He said the club is dedicated to promoting Pasadena as a “unique cultural enclave with some of the most esteemed art collections, and architecture.”
“The Crown City has a fascinating history and vibrant culinary, and music scenes,” Luk said in January. “This club is unique and will provide a venue for people who are interested to share their knowledge, hear and learn from others or exchange ideas about Pasadena culture, and much more.”
To be part of a legacy, you can join the meeting on Saturday and decide whether being a member is right for you. To sign up, visit https://us02web.zoom.us/
You can also send an email to Luk, courage88@hotmail.com, or to Darren Ng, darren.tm@outlook.com.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email about joining the meeting.
