Pasadena Playhouse is hosting a special tasting and tour experience at Benny Boy Brewing in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Oct. 26, with some of the artists that work on their shows.
The event is part of NextGen, the Playhouse’s new networking program geared towards bringing together arts and culture-minded people to fresh and dynamic events and happenings.
Founded by the husband-and-wife team of Ben Farber and Chelsey Rosetter, Benny Boy Brewing taps into Old World brewing methods to produce clean, dry ciders and European-inspired beers with a California twist. Benny Boy Brewing was created with the mission to create an outdoor drinking experience with a strong sense of community, uniting craft beer, cider and wine lovers in one urban backyard.
“We spent over seven years learning from OG craft beverage experts all over the U.S., Belgium, U.K. and France to bring you world-class beer from Old-World traditions, and a new generation of California hard ciders we can’t wait for you to explore,” the owners said. “At Benny Boy, we make beer and cider the way it used to be made – with quality ingredients straight from the farm, less processing, zero filtering, and only natural carbonation. In this tour and tasting experience at Benny Boy Brewing, you can enjoy a curated flight of their beers and ciders, and hear from the sound designers working with Pasadena Playhouse to bring you “Sunday in the Park with George” and “A Little Night Music” to shimmering life.
