Pasadena Educational Foundation Honors Jane Kaczmarek and Celebrates Student Innovation at IMAGINE 2024

Tickets are now on sale for the Pasadena Educational Foundation’s (PEF) annual spring event, Celebrating Our Schools IMAGINE 2024, honoring actor, mentor, philanthropist, and PEF board member Jane Kaczmarek and featuring the award-winning interactive showcase that highlights the Pasadena Unified School District’s (PUSD) innovative programs and students. The event will be held on Tuesday, May 7, at the historic Pasadena City Hall. The IMAGINE Interactive Student Showcase begins at 5:00 p.m. followed by the award presentation and reception in the courtyard.

This year’s honoree, Jane Kaczmarek, is an award-winning actor and star of TV’s Malcolm in the Middle. Jane is a committed advocate for public education and the arts. Through her work with PEF and the Pasadena Playhouse, she inspires students throughout PUSD with her passion for theater.

An event in three parts, the evening begins with the student showcase where guests get hands-on and creative while learning from students about the exciting programs happening throughout PUSD. Be inspired by art, immerse yourself in technology, explore science, discover garden secrets, and become a part of the story. The showcase is full of surprises.
