Here are the Pets of the Week available for adoption at the Pasadena Humane this week:
Rocky (A512026) is a young and fun Shepherd mix whose happy tail never seems to stop wagging!
Rocky is about 2-3 years old and he’s not only exceptionally playful, he’s super smart. His favorite game is fetch, and he has an affinity for stuffed toys. After retrieving them, he often prances around the yard to show off what an expert fetcher he can be.
He’s very food-motivated which has made him easy to train. He has already mastered a number of cues and seems eager to learn more. He would be a star in an agility or nose work class.
Rocky is also especially calm for such a young and large dog. He plays hard, but then is very content to cuddle on the couch and try to lie in your lap.
This sweet guy has bonded very quickly with the staff and volunteers at Pasadena Humane, so he’s sure to be someone’s BFF in no time!
The adoption fee for dogs is $150. All dog adoptions include spay or neuter, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines.
New adopters will receive a complimentary health-and-wellness exam from VCA Animal Hospitals, as well as a goody bag filled with information about how to care for your pet.

Two-year-old Harmony (A511761) is an adorable low-rider who will bowl her way into your heart. Or your legs, if you’re not paying attention!
This 60-pound bowling ball seems to move through life without a care in the world. When she gets “the zoomies” and runs around the yard at Pasadena Humane, she has the appearance of a mini tornado- one that is laughing with a beaming smile the whole time.
When she finally slows down for a minute, Harmony adores getting a nice belly rub as she rolls around in the grass. She kicks her legs in the air like it’s the best thing ever.
Harmony has lived with other dogs, so she might like a friend with similar size and energy level. She’s also quite content to be the only apple of your eye!
