Here are the Pets of the Week available for adoption at the Pasadena Humane this week:
Petra (A511813) is a two-year-old bulldog mix who is eager to meet her new family. She’s a little over 50 pounds and adores every person she meets.
She has been out for a couple of foster outings, and she did really well meeting strangers, getting attention and tons of pets while chilling out at a restaurant patio. She really enjoys car rides and the beach. She also appears to be house-trained and has started working on training cues.
Petra loves playing fetch, especially with plush toys. However, she doesn’t need a ton of exercise; in fact, she much prefers sitting on a blanket next to her person and getting lots of butt scratches and an occasional treat or two.
Petra is not a fan of cats and may not want to live full-time with another dog, but she makes up for that with her never-ending supply of love for people.
This sweet girl is just waiting for someone to cuddle up to and enjoy a chilly weekend morning.
The adoption fee for dogs is $150. All dog adoptions include spay or neuter, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines.
New adopters will receive a complimentary health-and-wellness exam from VCA Animal Hospitals, as well as a goody bag filled with information about how to care for your pet.

If you’re looking for a fun companion to ring in the New Year, look no further than Sebastian (A511840)! This handsome guy is sure to turn heads as you walk him down the street!
Sebastian is three years old and has a lot of playful energy. He loves playing in the yard, but is happiest out on the go. He’s been on a number of walks with Pasadena Humane volunteers and they rave about him. He knows several commands and is keen to learn more. He has favorite treats that are a good motivator for him!
Sebastian will thrive in an active home. He doesn’t mind being the center of attention as long as he is included in all the adventures! He would love hiking or camping, and he would probably also enjoy a training class to show off his skills.
